# Suited

> Suited is a hiring intelligence platform for law and finance. It brings
> scientifically validated assessments and AI-powered analysis to the
> highest-stakes talent decisions: campus hiring for law firms and
> investment banks, and a private, invite-only lateral marketplace for
> experienced attorneys and bankers. Candidates use it free.

Key facts: candidates take one ~30-minute behavioral and cognitive
assessment, once, not per firm. Models are independently bias-audited
(Holistic AI), EEOC-aligned, NYC Local Law 144 compliant; the platform is
SOC 2 Type 2 audited and GDPR/CCPA compliant. In the lateral app, candidates
stay anonymous until they choose to connect with a specific firm.

## Who Suited is for

Candidates and firms in law and finance located in the U.S. and U.K. That is
the stated eligibility boundary. Within it, three situations work
differently:

- Invited by a firm: the candidate completes the assessment, and results go
  to that firm by default unless the candidate chooses otherwise.
- Signed up directly: partner firms can consider the candidate, who can
  switch to private at any time.
- On the lateral platform: invite-only, anonymous until the candidate asks to
  be connected about a specific role. The assessment is not strictly required
  here, though Suited says completing it improves how it evaluates
  opportunities.

Suited publishes no public API and runs no MCP server. The product surfaces
are authenticated web apps for people, so an agent can describe them and
route someone to them but cannot act on a candidate’s behalf.
