Terms and Conditions for Proctored Assessments

When you take the assessments, you agree that you have read, understand, and will comply with the following terms and conditions in addition to all of Suited’s other terms and conditions:

  1. You agree to be recorded and/or proctored while taking an assessment. A proctored assessment may be conducted as a live videoconference with a Suited team member present for the duration of the assessment and may be recorded, including video, audio, screen sharing, and conference or chat functions.
  2. If completing the assessment via videoconference, you agree to share your entire screen during the entirety of the assessment and to keep your camera and microphone active as directed by the proctor.
  3. You must present photo identification acceptable to Suited prior to taking an assessment.
  4. You must take your own assessments and may not allow any other person to take an assessment on your behalf or to impersonate you.
  5. You must complete the assessment under the testing conditions established by Suited and the proctor. You agree to comply with the proctor’s instructions before and throughout the assessment, including instructions regarding your testing environment, workspace, camera, microphone, screen sharing, permitted materials and devices, and conduct during the assessment.
  6. You must remain alone in your testing environment for the duration of the assessment, and you must complete any scan of your testing environment and workspace requested by a proctor.
  7. Unless explicitly allowed, you may not access any file, website, or other resources on any electronic device or in any other medium while taking your assessment, including any artificial intelligence or machine learning tools or services. Further, you may not contact any other person for assistance while taking the assessment.
  8. Your scores will be made available to the referring firm. In the event of an investigation involving the validity of your assessment scores, your name may be made available to institutions to which we have sent your scores.
  9. The sharing of any test questions or answers is prohibited at all times. You may not record or photograph the assessments or any portion thereof.
  10. The use of telephones and any electronic devices other than the one on which you take the test is prohibited during the assessment process.
  11. You may not use, install, or run any remote-access, screen-sharing, virtual-machine, or automated-input software during the assessment process, except for screen-sharing or videoconferencing software expressly required or authorized by Suited for purposes of administering the proctored assessment.
  12. The timing of each test section is deliberate and scheduled. You may not electronically alter or otherwise change the timing restrictions of any assessment.
  13. You are expected to attend a proctored assessment at the date and time scheduled with Suited. You are permitted one (1) opportunity to reschedule a scheduled proctored assessment, provided that you notify Suited at least six (6) hours prior to the scheduled start time. If you fail to provide at least six (6) hours’ notice, fail to attend a scheduled session, or request to reschedule more than once, you will automatically forfeit your opportunity to complete the proctored assessment.
  14. Suited or its proctor may terminate a proctored assessment if you fail to comply with the proctor’s instructions, these Terms and Conditions, or the requirements of the Acknowledgment and Consent Form. Such termination may result in forfeiture of your opportunity to complete the assessment.
  15. Failure to comply with these policies may result in your ineligibility with a referring firm or for placement by Suited.
  16. Legal action may be taken against those who violate applicable laws when completing the assessments or following completion of the assessments.
