Cognitive Skills Assessment Policy
LAST UPDATED: August 31, 2026
By proceeding to the Cognitive Skills Assessment, you are expected to abide by this Cognitive Skills Assessment Policy (“Policy”) and Suited’s Terms and Conditions for Proctored Assessments.
Account Creation
- You may only register for one Suited, Inc. (“Suited”) account.
- You may not create any additional accounts under a different email address.
- Suited monitors all account creation, and, if multiple accounts are detected, Suited will delete all accounts except the first account, and may notify prospective employers or referring firms of the violation.
Outside Help
- You cannot seek or use outside help with the Assessment.
- You must take your own Assessment. You may not allow any person to impersonate you nor may you impersonate someone else in order to take the Assessment.
- You cannot use your smartphone, electronic device, or any other resource during your Assessment.
- You may not use an AI-enabled browser, or other AI-based tools to complete the assessment.
- You may not use, install, or run any remote-access, screen-sharing, virtual-machine, or automated-input software during the assessment process, except for screen-sharing or videoconferencing software expressly required or authorized by Suited for purposes of administering a proctored assessment.
- Both during and after the completion of the assessment, Suited monitors:
- browser and user activity
- metadata associated with all assessment activity, including device and browser characteristics, IP address and approximate location, system configuration, and the presence of remote-access, screen-sharing, virtual-machine, or automated-input software
- patterns of responses and results compared against a large dataset of authentic completions
- If violations are detected, Suited may invalidate your assessment results and may disclose the violation to prospective employers or referring firms, in Suited’s sole discretion.
Sharing Assessment Information
- You may not share the Assessment, any test questions or answers, or any of your responses with any other person or entity, at any time.
- You may not record, photograph, or take a screenshot of any part of the Assessment.
Assessment Conditions
- Your Assessment may be recorded and/or proctored, and you may be required to present photo identification acceptable to Suited prior to taking an Assessment.
- Once you begin your Assessment, you cannot pause it or take a break. Doing so will end your Assessment.
- You may not refresh your browser during any part of the Assessment or manipulate the Assessment timer in any way in an attempt to gain more time than allotted.
Failure to comply with any one of these rules in this Policy, Suited’s Terms and Conditions, Suited’s Terms and Conditions for Proctored Assessments, or Suited’s Privacy Policy (collectively the “Rules”) may result in disqualification from the position for which you are applying, notification to the prospective employer, invalidation of your Assessment results, or the disabling of your Suited account.
Invalidated Results and Requesting a Proctored Assessment
If irregularities are detected during your completion of the Assessment or in your results, Suited may invalidate your Assessment results, and invalidated results will not be made available to prospective employers or referring firms. If your Assessment results are invalidated, you may request the opportunity to complete a proctored and alternative assessment (“Second Assessment”) by contacting Suited at support@wellsuited.com. Suited will determine, in its sole discretion, whether to offer you this opportunity, and Suited has no obligation to make this opportunity available to you.
If you are offered a Second Assessment:
- You will be required to sign an Acknowledgment and Consent Form and to agree to Suited’s Terms and Conditions for Proctored Assessments before taking the Second Assessment.
- The Second Assessment will be conducted as a live, proctored videoconference session with a member of the Suited team present for the duration of the assessment, and the entire test-taking session may be recorded, including video, audio, screen sharing, and any chat or conference functions.
- You must display a valid, government-issued form of identification acceptable to the proctor, share your entire screen throughout the entirety of the assessment, and keep your camera and microphone active as directed by the proctor.
- You must complete a scan of your testing environment and workspace at the proctor’s direction, remain alone in the testing environment for the duration of the assessment, remove all unauthorized materials and devices from the testing environment (including notes, mobile phones, additional monitors, and secondary devices), and comply with all instructions provided by the proctor before and during the assessment. The proctor may terminate the assessment at any time if the proctor believes it appropriate to do so.
- You are expected to be available and prepared to begin the Second Assessment at the time you scheduled it. You are permitted one (1) opportunity to reschedule, provided that you notify Suited in writing at least six (6) hours before the scheduled start time. If you fail to provide at least six (6) hours’ notice, fail to attend a scheduled session, or request to reschedule more than once, you will automatically forfeit your opportunity to complete the Second Assessment.
- The results of the Second Assessment may be compared to the results of your original Assessment to evaluate the validity of the original Assessment. Suited will evaluate the Second Assessment holistically; no single factor is determinative, and Suited retains sole discretion over whether the results are validated or remain invalid. Completing the Second Assessment does not guarantee that any results will be made available to a prospective employer or referring firm.
- Suited may disclose any discrepancy between the results of the original Assessment and the Second Assessment, and any irregularities detected in connection with either assessment, to any prospective employer or referring firm, in Suited’s sole discretion.
Sharing Your Results
In addition to sharing any information we have a right to share under the Rules, we will also share the results of your Assessment with prospective employers and referring firms. We may inform the prospective employer or referring firm if there is a discrepancy in your Assessment results or if we have reason to believe that you violated any of the Rules in connection with your account or the Assessment. In the event of an investigation involving the validity of your Assessment scores, your name may be made available to institutions to which we have sent your scores.
